Just a question, will this be like dirty cups in which there was commentary that was uploaded to YT or is this gonna be unrecorded games?

Draft Cups will be casted, however the typical PUGs will likely not be officially casted. A PUG is less tournament oriented, and rather a congregation of players looking to learn and improve faster or just have higher quality games with like-minded players.

So where can I view the PUGs?

I think you have to ask an admin to record and upload the game for you in the spectator’s view.

At least, that was one of the requirements that were needed to sign up as an admin.

Actually Im glad INF3RN0 posted it here. I dont read competetive section of the forum because its mostly concentrated on team and ‘pro’ playing.

Unlike cups, leagues, or tournaments a PUG supports the individual whether they want to play with a team or not. It’s more of a functional MM at the end of the day.
