On another note, we’ve also been looking to find and discover more passionate staff for the DBNation. We’d love to have additional feedback, input, and personal ready to assist us in becoming the best place for Dirty Bomb competitive action and we can only do that with your help. If there are any tools or talents you might have by all means reply here or on our central website. Just to help refine a few of the requests out here I’ve taken a moment to describe a few of the things we’d love to have more of.
Casters:
One of the challenges trying to be a centralized community is having the voices and commentators to interrupt the game for newer audiences. Our main goal has been looking for additional personal when our resident trio of PixelTwitch, Jehar, Fishstix, and others are unavailable. Hosting on the main channel is a big responsibility so it might take some effort to land the big job, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have other positions open. If you just want to stream and cast matches, we also allow for anyone to stream and broadcast matches outside of our channel that we’re unable to catch. It’s important to let us know you’re looking to cast, stream, and brodcast matches so you can earn maximum exposure to your channel.
So if you’re someone who’s an upcoming streamer or an entertaining personality with some basic competitive understanding this spot can be for you. A big piece of being successful as an organization is having dedicated staff and personal trusted by the community and respected by their peers. Referees and administrators have a big part in what lets out organization try to be the best it can by building upon committed personal to help organize events, matches, pugs, and content. It might be one of the most selfless jobs, but it’s reward you garner from the community can be priceless.
We’re always looking for responsible individuals who can help create unique events, a positive environment, and a thick backbone for the occasional drama. Reffing is the position where you assist running tournaments, keeping matches moving, conducting on-field rulings in a disupte, and maintaining the flow of the events. It’s a tough job, but is vital for success of any major organization.
Adminstrators will be the persons with the direct line to the big staff such as myself. Since nearly all of us have full-time jobs, it’s sometimes a struggle to pump out interesting events and contents on a consistent basis. You’ll be incharge of organizing events and writing up rules for any number of things. The biggest part is that you create content for the community to enjoy. For this position we’ll be taking more proper applications covering experiance, mentality, and what you can bring to the table.
