Description: Daily Rewards screen popup delay

Steps to reproduce: Collect a daily reward, wait at least 2 hours, the notification finally pops up.
Result: I get my reward immediatly, but the notification of the reward is delayed, for example, I collected my reward at 8 PM pacific time last night, the notification screen didn’t appear till 6 AM this morning.
Expected result: Popup should appear immediately upon obtaining the reward.
Reproduction rate: every time since the Melee Mayhem update.
