D.O.O.M Pack Advirtisement/ Commercial

Hey guys hows it been? I recently saw the advertisement for the BRINK pre-order pack on Gamestop.com. Now i dont want to take responsibility,but… Awhile ago if you remeber i posted a thread stating this.

" So i was thinking, why not put out a commercial? Like on G4 or Spike, maybe even ask Gamestop to put out a commercial for the DOOM pre-order clothing and weapon skins. REMEBER NO CRAP ON THIS FORUM.Anyways It should be like like the Halo Commercial, except the dude is walking threw a tunnel thats dark and alot of noises. Since S.M.A.R.T is in the game you could have people running all around him and then pop out!Then the screen pans out of the tunnel and you hear gunfire and flashing lights at the end. Then the GameStop part pops up saying “Pre-Order the Explosive game BRINK and recive the DOOM in-game clothing and weapon skins, Gamestop :little rabbit”

So yea :smiley: I like to think i helped out on something :slight_smile:

Heh great minds think alike eh? :wink: That vid was something we finished off at the start of the year, t’would have been great to do them for every pack, unfortunately our human cloning device failed; personally I blame the pinky demon.

ooohhh im 16 i guese its past my time. i never got the opportunity to play doom. i have seen videos of the original though, my 2011 tastes for graphics prevents me from playing it. (im spoiled i know) /:

I remember when DOOM came out on the PC. would go over to my friends house and play it all the time. I was young and sucked at games. So we never could get past a certain level. I miss those games.

Played DOOM3 for the xbox a few years ago. Was enjoyable as well.

DOOM movie. don’t remember it, but I know i’ve seen it. I keep wanting to say that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is in it. But he probably isn’t XD

yeah i know…:o but my first gaming system was ps2 so i kinda started off with high graphics. now that im older i wish i could have actualy appriciated those old types of games. i got this little pet pevee about graphics. i just get a little rage fire inside me when i play old games.

edit: does anyone that has posted in this thread getting the game for ps3? il be glad to add you when its back on. i love the community here <3

Back in the olden days…you were lucky to even have 16 bits. You also had to walk up hill, both ways to play the games. To make things worse, we were all too poor to afford feet, so we had to walk on our hands!

That movie was kind of a big deal when I was young because I idolized The Rock when I was in middle school… I think I was 14 or 15. Awesome movie!

Not old though! Just consider it, experienced. You’re higher level in the game of life. Yeeaah… that’s it :stuck_out_tongue:

Indeed he is, along with Karl Urban.

While the movie is kinda crap, I still love watching it, same thing with Street Fighter: The Movie (with JCVD and Raul Julia, not the other one).
