First off, absolutely loving the game in every shape and form, really is a work of art and for that i commend you…Also working late on a Friday evening on UK release day to get the patch out didn’t go unnoticed, espiecaly after slogging your balls off for the past couple of years…Im sure you all wanted to go down the boozer and get pissed as farts, that shows a hell of alot of commitment and deserves the equal amount of respect…
Secondly will we ever see the option to customize the weapon skins?..I feel that this is the one big factor that is missing…Im not to keen on brightly coloured weapons tbh and enjoy the standard semi realistic look of a weapon in my hand…It would be great if we had the option to choose the skin from Security to fit the resistence weapon models…Im sure it would be an easy feature to implement in the customizable menu…
If this is a no go as far as splash damage is concerned, will we be able to add 2nd party custom skins?..Are the pak files moddable from a skinning point of view, or will the server pick up on a altered file and kick from game…
There is a big community out there who enjoy skinning/re-modeling that would really like to get there hands on these features, myself included (FPS Bannana) and would bring another dimension to the game…
Im sure there would be a market for skins even on DLC and i for one would be willing to pay for this feature…
Any response from SD on this situtation would be greatly appreciated.
