In an effort to improve our communication and transparency, we recently decided to bring our Customer Support team in house. That’s right ! If you send us a ticket, you’re guaranteed an answer from one of our Devs.
This also means that, in order to keep @Doughball (He’s your Customer Support guy!) happy, you probably won’t get a reply to emails outside of our working hours, which are 8.30 - 19.00 London Time (GMT/BST depending on the time of the year!).
