custom graphic setting to see enemys better

i see alot of people with griphic settings or config that help them make enemys stand out more so can somone send me a config or a screenshot of theire settings if u have these kind of graphic setting? (sorry about english)

Have you tried asking the people you saw with the different graphics settings?

Also, if you gathered that information from youtube videos be aware they may have been made before the minimum configuration settings were locked to their current standard. Don’t get your hopes up.
