Custom crosshair not working

Hello, i wanted to put my custom crosshair into DB so downloaded a png 32x32 and saved into the folder of custom crosshair, read the readme and named it correctly, still when i launch the game if i go to settings when i change to “custom crosshair” i get nothing at all on the screen, any ideas?

i also tought it was not transparent but opened it with gimp and it has clearily no background. Will try with other pics anyway

btw, the file name must be called “CustomCrosshair.PNG” and not “custom crosshair.PNG”

Sorry for late reply, but yeah i tried with 3 different pngs all 32x32 transparent and named correctly and still the game wont load anything in the crosshair section, its just blank.
Tried making the file read only or enabling “show file extension” in windows folder options, still nothing.
EDIT: Im an idiot, i didnt realize that even if in the setting no crosshair were shown i’ve never tried ingame… and they appear while playing…lol
