Current TTK / Damagemodifier / Missing Teamcolors / Meatgrind - Chaos

Played DB after the latest update since I stopped playing fore some weeks.

  1. TTK is absurd: An average gunfight takes less then 2 seconds ( feels like 1 ).
  2. Bodydamage/Damage in general is way too high, what happens is: Jump out of the spawn, get 1-2 random body shots --> run around with ~30HP.
  3. I dont know why, but it feels harder now to distinguish between friend and enemy. Textures are still all some kind of grey/brown.

Results:

1.Hardcore Meatgrind
2.Frustration: I don’t know what kind of actions lead to my death / I cant understand the mistakes I make. Gunfights feel totally random
3.Quitting the game. (again)

Pro:

Medics can finally kill other Mercs again.

It’s going to be a difficult patch to try and test. It’s pretty frustrating to play right now.

  • can barely make out enemies in a lot of instances
  • screen shake
  • lower performance
  • maps (dome will get old fast)

I agree with what Rex said the other day which was something like, “spread has been tightened, now let’s reduce damage across the board to fix the now ridiculously short TTK”.

I agree with what Rex said the other day which was something like, “spread has been tightened, now let’s reduce damage across the board to fix the now ridiculously short TTK”.
