I use crouch on a push and NOT on toggle. Sometimes when i hit crouch it sticks like its on toggle.

Yes I had it a couple of times. Usually, I either did a spare action meanwhile or had a short lag. I’d say it is due to some server misinterpretation (does that word even exist? hmmm).
