creating a sky

Hello everybody,

i’m currently facing difficulties with creating a decent sky. When i create a sky in gtkradiant and texturize it , it doesnt look like a real sky but more like thousands of sky textures placed next to eachother.

Does anybody know how i can solve this?

Select the Brush/s with this texture,
klick S…the "Surface Inspector"pop up…push under “Texturing/Brush” the Fit-Button and then Done!

You need to use a “shader” to make your texture act like sky.
In the editor a shader has a white box round it when veiwed in the texture selection window. It will look odd in the editor (tiled) but will look right in game.
