We have the knarley knife like crocodile Dundee. How about a cheap stabbing knife

Sound effect like stabbing a cabbage or some other interesting vege or fruit :wink:

Adding this can be of use for large squads and bring in a higher squad point weapon and get away from four squad ptsx4 and two 5 pointers

3 squad points is awesome, but we had this in the beta and nearly all
4member 14pt setups were bettter than any 3member 14pt setup…
you could bypass this by not allowing the captain to wear one .

I’d like to have some weapons that have a effect on either the user or the attacker (or both)
Like a Taser

Energy use: 6
Damage : 30
Effect: the attacked unit loses 3/4/5 (depending on size) energy for the next round.

a weapon with different “attachments” or rounds:

Blowpipe/Bow Might actually also be a character instead of a weapon
Squad Point: 5
Energy Use: 3/5/8 (depending on dart)
damage : 30 / 70 / 30
Different Darts ;: Normal : 3 energy, 30 damage. unlimited use Explosive : 5 energy, does 30/50/70/50/30 aoe damage, 2 times use. Sleep Dart: 8 energy, hit unit can’t act in the next turn, 1 time use.

A melee weapon that does max damage to 2 range, medium damage to 1 range, hits with 100% of that damage to each target (also behind covers)

Squad Points: 5
Enegy Use: 4
Damage : 35 1 cell, 65 2cells away, ignores cover

I also Like the Idea of Weapon “Skins”(or simply other weapons that have the same stats with different design), maybe even some that are EXCLUSIVE to tournament-players.
Thinking about something like Desert Eagle
But also movie-like things
Batmans shotgun-looking emp device
Elysium like ChemRail
District 9 has some awesome ones too

I like the electric fryer do energy point damage than health. Knocking opponant down a few energy at a time till none left perminant or for 3 turns. Med can heal one energy at a time. And include a light damage.

Use of fist or legs as unarmed 3 skill points. Depending if karate or boxer a toon depending on weight can either knock the opponant to ground which immobilises it from return fire or knock in another square. Immobilised need to stand up and takes energy to do like one movement.
