so the problem is I can browse inside the game normally and all, but when I wanna play and press start a match it always crashes and exits the game. I even tried to play the tutorial but it crashes.

I’m sorry you are having problems with your account - I would suggest trying to verify your game files and if that does not work please contact customer support, this seems more of a technical issue than a bug =(
