I’ve got no idea about where you are from or about how good understanding you have about how the world works. I can understand that the crashes gives you a big portion of frustration, but you need to try to stay civil and cool. As you may or may not know, the eastern holliday is ongoing in quite a few countries and because of this. Alot of companies stays undermanned untill it’s over. Secondly, it’s a sunday. Most people don’t work on Sundays. And last. It’s still in the beta, so you can’t expect a bug free game or a 24/7 support service yet. If you bought the game through Steam, it tells you clearly:

As a friendly advice, if you “BUY” a game during an “Alpha” or “Closed Beta”, you WILL very likely get a game that still have alot of bugs and flaws.
Instead of sitting here giving the tech support a whole bunch of useless information, how about you try to provide them with:
What happens when it crashes? Black screen? Exiting the game and going back to desktop? Is there any message that pops up when the crash happens? Anything else that is out of ordinary in windows/settings when it happens?
Provide them with these kind of answers and give them some time. Hopefully it will all get solved soon.
