CPU USAGE

My cpu speed is 3.60 and when ever i play this game it goes to 3.75 or more!
Not i am not overckocking! is this normal! (sorry for the bad english)

do you have intel turbo boost technology?

It’s normal for this processor - it can increase its frequency when only a few core are in use.
