Could disguise ability make a return?

INB4 TF2 Spy.
Wolf ET’s Spec OPS could take off enemy’s pants off, OG Battlefront had a rebel class disguising as Storm Trooper.

Any possible way this could be balanced in DB?

Would be fun to use. Though in FF modes it would probably cause a lot of team kills.
