Could be a bad idea to restore the old fragger, but slightly refreshed?

Like 2 frags, 5 sec cooldown between each to avoid spam, and 150 hp?
Also 40 sec cooldown that restores both, if op; only one

I actually like the current Fragger, he’s really well balanced since you either get the nade or you don’t, and it takes a good degree of skill and meta knowledge to use the nades effectively.
