Hi folks,
sorry for asking such a naive question but as the quellcode and .map file of goldrush (and only gold rush) is open source I’m asking myself whether it’s officially allowed to make some prefabs of teh Brushwork in Goldrush to put it an my map. I just wanna respect the copywrite laws of SD and ID so I dare to ask such a question in this forum.
I’m currently working on a little project and as Goldrush is still my favorite ET map I’d like to create something that with not only straight forward gameplay but also something that reminds people to this wonderful map. Of course I would explicitely mention that the credit for the brushwork used from Goldrush belongs to the developer of the original map.
Sorry again, I just want to be respectful with the guys who generated gold rush.
