Cooldown penalty for losing deployable

In short: When your deployable is getting destroyed (mostly support-like equipment such as healing/ammo station), you get few seconds of cooldown.

This would award players for destroying important deployables to make easier push and penalize owner for bad placement. Currently, if one team is doing well, losing deployable doesn’t mean much to them because most of the time cooldown was already gone. This scenario happens mostly to Aura and her station, where she can plop another right after losing the previous one.

Optionaly, that could be a nice addition to Phantom’s kit.

Do you like it or it is too much for mercs with deployables?

Anything to make aura not plant a second health station right after you destroyed one would be neat. I’d like to see deployables to not start the cooldown countdown untill they are destroyed. Would be nice for aura and turtle but probably way too big of a nerf towards bush and ammo stations.
