I’m trying to -convert some brushwork into ASEs.

Everything outputs just fine. The ase ends up in my maps directory.

When I load the ASE from the maps directory, everything is peachy.

When I move the ASE into my models/mapobjects/etc folder and load it, the model texture becomes super compressed (the vertical and horizontal stretch become tiny)… also, the caulk hull shows up around the model.

So, is the ASE referencing the BSP somehow? Why would the caulk hull show only if it’s not in the maps directory? I must be missing something…

Must have been a freak occurance. I tried it again this morning and it worked fine. Has this happened to anyone else?
