Controls lost on map load.

The game refuses to remember my controls. This was never a problem before the latest update.
Map loads and my controls are reset to default EVERY time. I can set them in the main menu and ingame and it forgets them on the next map load.
Reopening the game resets them as well.
Anyone know why this is happening?
