I’m using the Tritton AX720’s and would have run into the same problem…Luckily Razer had thought of that…from their website:

"Q: Does the Razer Onza support microphones that connect to the controller?

A: The Razer Onza has a standard 2.5mm microphone jack to which any microphone using this jack can connect. Of course the best choice is the new Razer Chimaera™ 5.1 Wireless Headset for Xbox 360."

You can “mouse over” the “X” where you would normally plug in your headset mic.

The goofy outlet holes are not the standard jack.

Sigh… I know that. Kryptyk implies that it is, when he says that “Razer had thought of that”, and then quotes that the standard 2.5m jack will work… I don’t think he read your second post, and I don’t think your old headset will work with the Onza.

Got my Onza today. Happy Birthday me!!! Won’t play with it until tonight, but I like most of the differences between it and Microsoft’s controller. In fact, the only difference that I don’t like is the “hyperesponse action” face buttons. I may feel differently after playing, so we shall see. I’ll probably start a new OT thread.

Alright, i just stopped playing Wolfenstein by Raven on 360.
The reason i played it was because i saw that the game was made with the id Tech4 engine and i wanted to get a feel of the controls and how responsive they where.

All i can say is i absolutely LOVED the way it controls with a controller.
The responsiveness is right up there with CoD, BF, al them great shooters! Making small adjustments, quickly aiming at enemy’s, it all went so smooth!! A lot of people will like this!

Now i wonder if its gonna be the same with Brink? i assume it will because its the same engine?
Maybe someone from the staff can shed some light on this mather?

Control style defaults per the press previews:

“Duty Calls,” “Green Marine Chief,” “Zone of Killing,” “Field of Battle,” “Oh My Gears” and “Zombie Killer.”

Another release confirmed that it is fully customizable on top of the defaults.
