It is possible to control various players just like in the game Commandos ?

i doubt it, i dont think the engine would allow it

you need to have BOT mod and then just add some code to generate waitpoints on areas when u wish them …
I dont think that it is easy , because you need to make your own Bot code…
BTW: stock ET bot code is really choppy ( somewhat like AI-mod )…

I just wanna control the other teammates like bots without AI…

When i have et bots i just do /addbot … how i activate this in the source?

uh , if you want to use stock ET bots ( not working properly , and they are AAS based … ) just find addbot command and uncomment it…
If you want to controll other players it will be MUCH harder…
I guess that it will be better to make some objective marker appear on place where u send them…
