so i just installed the game and started up the tutorial and as soon as i got control my character just started turning left for no reason. i could still move the camera as normal(just fighting back really) but could not stop it from turning.

BTW I did finish the tutorial like this(now my head hurts from the spinning).
I have already tried:
-disconnecting mouse/keyboard/other peripherals(played 3 other games just to make sure it wasn’t a hardware issue)
-verifying game files through steam
-restarting computer
-chat with tech support(they pretty much told me what I already knew and weren’t very helpful)
-changed ingame control settings
if anyone has any idea what could be wrong please let me know.
edit = so i just reinstalled the game and still have the same issue.
