Console version should have ''Search game'' just like PC!!

Seriously, I own both versions (360 and PC) and there is no valuable reason why the console version shouldn’t have that feature - it’s crucial and it would prevent a lot of matches from lagging.

Please, implement the option to host games and search games on console. There is no difference between console and PC players on that level. Game devs should stop perceiving console and PC gamers as 2 completely different audiences with different mentality.

Search games feature is one of the reason that made R6 Vegas 2 such a popular game on the 360. Brink on console deserves it too.

Would be a great feature.

One thing i loved about the Rainbow 6 games was been able to choose the game lobby you wanted to join.

still remember some console journalist dissing obsolete server browsers.

People take console journalists seriously, hell do people take most gaming journalists serious.

Ironicly, SD said in a inyerveiw about being able to map controls on consoles like pc, they said “if you can do it on pc, why not on consoles?” (Not exact quote)

So why couldnt they take their advice with dedicated servers?

I agree I have no idea who the clown was that come up with matchmaking but it is the worst idea that has ever graced the world of gaming. Bring back the search feature showing the ping levels. That way there would not be any lag and if there was its though sheer luck not because a line of code decided where you should play.

Console gamers play consoles because thats what thier choice is not because they are too dumb to use a PC, I can use a PC quite fine Im on these fourms am I not, so why do you need to spoon feed matchs to us…

I’m not saying that with disrespect by the way, but Brink on both 360 and PS3 should feature at least:

Freeplay
Matchmaking (already there as ‘‘Public’’) > Standard, Competitive, etc.
Search game browser
Create match > public, private or dedicated server

Matchmaking is good from time to time, but is far from being ideal for gaming.

Because those servers cost money, and when they shut off, the multiplayer portion of the game will never work again.
