Here’s what I found out:

“eill” probably means “will”

then judging by the order and choice of words I would say he’s asking a question, so put a ? at the end.
His thread statement is about console users, which is a cryptic one.
It can mean console users as in ps3/xbox, or people who use the ingame development console.

Then I would guess the second one, since making users (aka humans) available is not possible or something whereas I can understand a feature (dev console) to be made available.

So here’s what I got so far:

His question is regarded to the ingame development console (So he must be a PC player aswell I guess)
And then he is asking: “Will you ever make them available?”

Now if anyone can figure out why he uses a multitude word as “them” instead of “it” we could continue to unravel this mistery.

EDIT:
Now that I think about it, he uses the word them, as in humans.
So he must be asking when the human players on console will become available!

I GOT IT!

He is playing on a console, but he can only play against bots, and wants to know when he can be playing agianst other real humans (making console users available) instead of bots!

Another possibilty, since this IS the DEDICATED SERVER support forum,

he might be asking if dedicated servers will ever come available for console users.

I think this is the question.

We should have a poll “guess the question” and people can pick which one they think
