Confirmation for execution fans

im probably late to this but… shoe just confirmed on the live stream officialy the return of execution on rentable server with the slight possibility of official servers. every thing is going to be based on a trial run in the beginning to see what the player count will be.

Yes but on rentable servers only but therebis no hard no for official servers he said no plans for now for being on non rentable servers

That feeling when you read the title as “confrontation of execution fans” and get disappointed when this thread isn’t a total meme, lol

I have to say, I’m curious why they’re adding execution back though. SD said they removed execution because almost no one played it and they didn’t wanna keep maintaining it every update. So that either means they’re just not going to support it at all and it might end up totally broken, knowing how things in DB tend to break for no reason, or they plan to actually support it, in which case why not just use official servers?
Like, even when there was no CMM there were usually tonnes of empty servers. Not sure how bad it would be to make 2 or 3 of them for execution.

I’d also like to know how expensive these rentable servers are going to be. I get the price is probably more or less out of SD’s hands, but I really hope they don’t make to too steep. It’s something a lot of people want, but if it’s the price of an AAA game on sale, it might not be worth it.

I’m glad they listened. If it’s based on player count then I’ll be playing it as much as the schedule will allow during that trial. This is a step in the right direction, and I’m stoked about rentable servers. Next up, Ranked?

Nope im expecting just augments and weapons to be changed based on the way they treated opratives

We were discussing execution last night, I’ll be happy to see it return. Although before it was removed I was in two minds about it. I’m looking forward to more than one game mode again!
