Config suggestion?

Hi
I can barely run the game with the settings you can adjust in game on low so I was using a custom config that I did not do myself. It made me play the game at 40-50 fps instead of 15. So now with the update it seems to be broken and I was wondering if there was a new one floating around or if someone was using one and would care enough to post it.
