Condition and health of team - Bars

Hello,
Please I need advice. How I set condition (status of health) of my team on the left side in gameplay?

1.2 HUD - Number 4 - Conditions of your teammates: Health and life state (red portrait = incapacitated, red skull = dead)

It got replaced (by accident I might add) with the execution hud last update, what you see at the top of your game is that hud. They said they’ll be adding a toggle or reverting it sometime later.
