Concerned about support hours?

Hey everyone! :#

Havent seen this anywhere yet, so I might just ask here.
How is Nexon NA going to handle the support for the game and the forums? As far as i’ve seen, Live support is only available at certain daytimes right? If i am now from europe, I’d have to stay awake till about 2-4 a.m. in the morning to reach a live GM is that right? :’(

May I ask how that is going to be handled?

I would imagine that during the beta Nexon NA will handle most of the support during normal office hours. Once the game goes into either a much wider closed beta or open beta I assume that they will have 24/7 support.

However, only time will tell…

We have a CS facility in Manchester, UK coming online shortly as well as international support. Right now our operation is pretty light as we are in super early beta but there is a plan to scale up in the number of markets as the beta grows.
