using sewer system to navigate but also have up top battle area designed specifically to have no total advantage but with the right team still won’t get your ass handed to you.

Dome is kinda like that. There are huge open areas, but on the 2nd objective, there area series of tunnels (that nobody uses) that can be used to stealthily access the helipad and the courtyard objectives.

Good idea though!
