Ok, there are enough rants around about the problems. Its time to do something productive, and cut through the chaos with direct and pointed information free of conflicts.
So I will edit this one post at the top to maintain the best user fix for each card
This will allow people to find everything they need in one place, and will help get more people in the game and overall will benefit everyone.
So please post what is currently working for you and your specific card AND drivers (full Dxdiag where possible, as this may be useful to the devs, but to keep this user, concise I will not include that information in the consolidated list.)
Also only going to explain how to open console once as it will likely be used in many fixes.
To do this go to your steam library and find brink. Right click and choose properties. The on the General tab select SET LAUNCH OPTIONS and add this.
+com_allowconsole 1
Example reply format for me:
Card: ATI 5750
Drivers: Catalyst 11.4
Fix: used r_shadows 0 in console.
Result: Mostly playable, still very low frame rates, and light blue or green tinting when entering some rooms.
This will be repeated with the best fix for each card below this line! So please post what is working for you and if you know a friend with the game working smoothly please invite them to post here or post their information your self! However only post if you have personally verified the fix is improving the game.
