Competitive was temporarily disabled, with the button removed in the last hotfix.

I hope this gets fixed soon :confused: I just got to level 7 and it said that I can play competitive now. I clicked okay and it threw me to competitive lobby, but i had to go out since my friends started a normal game :frowning: so sad ;(
