Competitive mode

I just unlocked competitive mode. Does it give more XP or any other advantages over casual? Is it hard to play?

I just unlocked it aswell, tried to join a match but it seems like nobody is playing this mode since it’s searching for 20 minutes already.

Before the private servers a lot of the good teams used to play it, but I guess the private server 5v5s are more fun for them since there is Team damage and scrimming is more planable! I believe once it is in open beta and ranking is out there will be more of it. We should just make it as close to actual Competitive as possible a “good” example of a bad competitive mode is CS:GO where the “competitive” mode has different settings to the competitive games of pro players.
