Competitive matchup-->exits game

Hello please erase if it has been discussed before,
I search and find a competitive match
Then I wait to join. and then there is a msg telling me that i have to rejoin orelse i might have a penalty on my account
so I click rejoin and after a couple of seconds it throws me out of the game o:)
