Competitive for South America Players

Hello,
When will you enable a competitive server for South America? Me and my friends have been having 200 ping, constantly. It makes it nearly impossible to play. Since we play in a team of 5, that renders the gameplay unsatisfying and irritating.
Can you enable a server for South America?
