Competetive missions? Approve or disapprove? or none at all.
Competetive Missions Yes or No?
I wish to stay casual, not be forced to play crappy competitive. Australia has no players playing competitive and now I’m forced to lose a mission because of it.
My solution? Makes a filter which enables us to choose which missions we want, don’t make it have too many options, but make it so we don’t have to do the critical ones.
I voted disapprove because it’s a terrible idea. It’s locking a mission behind comp, which is in essence locking the only decent way to grind Credits behind comp, which is not an incentive to play comp, it’s a demand…which is terrible.
Competitive should be a choice, not something shoved down player’s throats and right now players are wisely choosing not to take part in competitive for the most part and that is because it’s currently a cess pool of terrible players, balance kings and (most notably) hackers.
Trying to force us to play it before they fix the issues with Comp isn’t going to solve anything it’s just going to frustrate the player base…which it has
I like this game too much and playing competitive is so not enjoyable it might make me start to dislike this game if I’m forced to play it to be able to do all the missions.
Competitive is full of cancerous players. Last match I had players on my team accusing me of hacking before the match even started. I am guessing maybe my model was messed up? They wouldn’t tell me why the entire round.
Just kept harassing me and threatening to report me. They then threw the entire game by staying at the very end spawn on chapel while the EV was still going because they don’t play with cheaters… I have no clue what happened, what went wrong or anything because they wouldn’t say beyond “Chelsea stop hacking!”
I don’t want to play this mode. I had a mission I wanted to complete and I have never experienced anything like that in casual. Seriously ruined my desire to play tonight getting harassed the entire round.
Because of the current state of comp I have no interest in even entertaining the fact of playing it. If you don’t come up against a blatant cheat you be up against the bad balancing. Improve anti cheat, improve balancing qnd increase the rewards for comp games then it will grab my interest.
Disapprove because I hate having to go through the matchmaking just to suffer trolls and afk’s.
I mean I guess I like it. I’m forced to play something else from time to time.
Nope, that’s not a good daily mission. As are obj/stopwatch missions. No one should get incentives to play a specific game mode.
At the risk of stirring up a nest of hornets… I pretty much only play comp, outside of some very specific circumstances, and all of the complaints people are making here about “I don’t want to play competitive because xyz” are how I feel about objective mode missions.
I don’t really want to get bogged down in whether casual or competitive modes are better because that’s not my point, but if you guys get to say “I refuse to play comp” then why shouldn’t I get to say “I refuse to play casual”?
Could someone please provide me a reason why one of those is fair and the other isn’t? Because the only possible reason I can think of is “Because there’s more of us.”
I stress again that I’m not trying to argue for comp superiority here, just equal treatment. Scrap both missions or neither.
It’s quite shocking to see the result of the poll, competitive mode with a team of friends is where the game shines. (at least if you get no cheaters)
You can always abandon it by pressing X, that’s what I sometimes do if I don’t feel like playing something.
Right now, most of the players(maybe we can find very good ones on that one) just do not like competitive… and that daily missions just force you to either decrease credit income by deleting it or play(but 55 % of matches are “normal”)
If they want to make it fair, they should just have it play x matches in general, but always have it be like 3 or more and you get credit for this no matter what mode you play in, that way people can play what they want to get the mission done.
It’s a good thing that people are forced to at least try the competitive aspect of the game.
It really speaks about the current state of competitive when people need to be pressured into trying it by essentially restricting their credit income.
