[competetive game bug] loosing connection and progres bar is broken

i played with my friends 3 comp matches, at the end of games we all immediately lost connection and, we were kicked into lobby without seeing k/d performance and stuff but when i checked my progres it counted to the win/loses
counter but didnt counted to the progress and now i have 9wins, 2 loses
and progres bar says “play 2 more matches to get your rank”

that is very strange… Have you tried to play another ranked game? I’ll see what I can figure out. If the issue continues I would suggest contacting customer support :slight_smile:

yes i played 3 and it happened 3 times to me and my friends

@NxA_Noxie it is not happening again i played 5 more matches and its fine
