Can there be a central location for the devs to communicate with us please? The communication is so scattered everywhere. For awhile it was YouTube with dev videos, then it was here on the forums with FAQ-ing Fridays, then it was Facebook with livestreams, and now we are getting teases on Twitter. Seriously guys, please centralize it somewhere. I’ve missed out on half of your announcements because I never know where the info is going to be posted.

As long as it still makes its way back to the forums, I kinda like SD utilising all their social media.

They’ve been using Twitter for teasing since ever, the ReV event used it quite heavily way back.

Utilizing it isn’t an issue, it’s when they only post something in one location inconsistently. If they only posted random teases on their twitter page, bug reports on the forums, videos on yt, or something like that, I’d be happy. I just wish they didn’t constantly change things up. I already made a twitter account for the sole purpose of voting on the boat naming thing (even though vitamin sea still didn’t win), but I don’t want to have to check 50 different websites constantly in the off chance they randomly decided to post on one and none of the others.

Either post everything in one spot, post everything everywhere so no one is left out (which is by far the best option), or post specific things in specific places consistently, without randomly changing things.

I kinda miss twitch streams as well

We got more out of twitch streams and the roundups faraleth posted. Now its an average of 2-4 minute vid with little info. Remember the old dev streams where they spent about an hr give or take going over the map. Now there down to what less than15 min in last vid.

You can say much but don’t say anything and you can say less and say much more. It wasnt even fun watching some uninterested Guys on the Streams sitting there and blabla about crap while nothing could be said.
