Command Post, Firewall + Upgrade, do they stack?

As the topic says. Do Engie’s Upgrade and Op’s Firewall stack? Don’t wanna waste a point on my Engie/Solder or my Op/Medic.

Ive been able to apply my firewall after my friend who plays engi alot applied his upgrade so id have to agree with above poster that they stack.
