Command map showing funny alpha channel in limbo

Hi

I have problem that my command map shows funny alpha map in limbo and ingame map (the “g” key) This alpha map seems to come from trainyard. But I don’t get how it is in my map?!?! I have deleted the trainyard.pk3 from my etmain and that has no effect. Here is a screen:

My mapname_levelshots.shader file seems to allright but I post here anyway:

You’ve missed the point. Look at the alpha channel outline of his command map. It’s in the shape of Marko’s trainyard, even though his map is not that shape.

Unfortunately seven_dc, I don’t know why this is happening. Does your command map tga file have an alpha channel that looks like trainyard? Maybe you accidently added it to your image.

Unfortunately seven_dc, I don’t know why this is happening. Does your command map tga file have an alpha channel that looks like trainyard? Maybe you accidently added it to your image.

Hmm… I though that too. I think I checked that, but I need to double check it. Does anyone know does this kind of alpha channeling happen in a normal tga. I thought that alpha textures need to have different alpha picture (black and white) specified in their .shader file?

Resolved this one.

The image really had the trainyard alpha map. I used the paint shop pro wich is not the best when it comes to handling alpha maps.

Somehow I must have started my command map work top of trainyard and the alpha channel has haunted me since. My question is now that can you make you textures so that they have alpha map inside the .tga image whitout the shader file?
