The 1st one sounds pretty interesting after killing your enemy to have lets say a little health pack or ammo pack get dropped for you and your team or just for your self to help you out when fighting.
But for the 2nd one if it’s done correctly it may work but other wise it would be pretty op so you’d have to think hard on the stats of that one to balance it.
But as i said it may work @VerticallyObese as long as you can get the stats right.
