Collector's Edition: Contents;

Good day to you, forums!

I won’t spend too much of your time, and there is a TL;DR at the end if you are interested.

I live in Australia, and we only have Eb Games (Which I think is Gamestop)
Because of this, I am unable to get any other Collector’s Edition set than ‘DOOM’.
So, I was just wondering, would there be ways to swap with others? (For example, swap with someone who has Spec Ops)

Of course, it would just be the pack, not the contents (post cards, tattoos, etc), the ones with the in-game items.

Anyways, do I have any chance of swapping, at all? Is it against the rules?
Is anyone interested?

TL;DR WTSwap CE stuff.

I take it you mean the pre-order bonus packs, as sadly there aren’t any collectors editions
Ontopic, you unlock the extras with an addition Steam code so I guess if you can find someone to exchange codes with you could
However this forum is not the place for that (read: against the forum rules) and I doubt you would find many willing participants anyway because:

  1. People will pre-order the pack they want
  2. It’s rather risky giving out your code and trusting the goodwill of an unknown to reciprocate

The Nordic eddition gives Spec ops and Doom :smiley: so i’m happy.

in Au i heard about gamers frequently buying such things.
nearlty any games stores had similar things w/o attracting unecessary attentions. just ask seller nicely “im from Uncle Sam”/“In from Russia/Detroit”/“i need uber-hyper-bloody-rated-game XXx in haxxor-collection-edition and need it NOW !!” and he’s show you collection of things to sale.

I saw the collectors edition one (I found a link somewhere) and I must say don’t buy it.

It pretty much comes with some brink tattoos, the cheap tattoos you got as arcade prizes back when you were a kid, some post cards which you will never use and…that’s it.

So don’t bother.

Game has the fallout pack
jb hi fi has the psycho pack
ebgames has the doom pack

theres more than just eb.
