ive been altering some posters for my mip… i’ll post s few if i get the time.

here’s an old ww2 poster that i altered to pay respect to the workhorses of ET, the soldiers, who get flamed far more than they deserve.
The original:
the new, after removing all army spam and replacing the ss on helmuts to the rtcw symbol,
redid a few posters for sum props.
This one has nothing todo with ww2.
its a socialist propagana poster. and socialist were forbidden then hitlers nsdap were elected.
Take note that a lot of these posters are just various ones used around WWII. They’re not all relating directly to the war, but many relate to the political events that led up to it.
edit: I edited the original post so it has a different poster that is more relevant (in a way) to the war.
I’ve been browsing through a lot of these, and it’s pretty interesting to see how much racism was in a lot of these posters, mainly the American ones.
you know whats intresting, is if you go through the posters, and use babel translator and see what they actually say, some of them are not so bad… just make reference to the german army…
it’s the SS ones that have a problem…
but nothing to much that psp or photoshop can’t clone brush out…
i mean, i’d like to see the author of ‘said’ poster try and berate me for it…

Some might know this resource, but I think it can be useful für you to create some new textures. But please keep in mind, that any map that contains nazi-material (eg. swastika, ss-runes) will not be hosted on any german server because its forbidden by law. :eek3:

I think this one is always a fave. A little slow to respond, but it’s a nice collection.

I find it diff that the german ones are without explanation cuz its serious stuff and their background is even more serious. (Btw. a lot of them are no propaganda posters but for elections and stuff.)
AND i think zipping them would ve safed a blister or two i got from downloading them one after another.
