Coins to Rad Bux

Is there no real conversion system?
Like so many coins to 1 Rad Bux?
For example, Ivan Tkilya cost 60 RB or 75K coins while Textbook Kate cost 58K coins but still 60 RB.
Doesn’t make any sense. Im starting to think the rad bux prices are all just random.:rolleyes:
