Considering you’ve been here a while, I’d assume you know how Bronze is the best loadout. In which case, I’d say Kira deserves a new outfit to match her blue hair.

Imo if you want to show off a skin, go for the largest merc possible, it makes the skin more visible. A cobalt rhino is far more noticeable than a cobalt aura, so it would probably be best to go with either Arty or Bush.
Of course it depends on who you like most though. I personally find Bush underpreforming compared to the other engineers, so I wouldn’t choose him. I also much prefer Kira over Arty.
