Might also add that there was quite a few last night babbling about the stress test quite open and care free in the #dirtybomb IRC channel. What they said wasn’t really that bad but it might be a good idea to start monitoring that a little more so it doesn’t spiral out of control.

Maybe there should be a reminder of what the NDA is on the forums and it should cite all the consequences that breaching it implies. In real words, no detours, no softness just pure truth with all the legal implications. Then it would be wise to explain why breaching it actually impacts on the game. Why showing content now can harm SD and make them loose potential gamers even before the game is released.
I mean here we do understand what is at stake and we signed that NDA being fully aware of what it means. Hence we respect it carefully and there is never a problem. But when I see the bunch of spoiled idiots (not all, but these are the one that mainly get your attention), the new wave has brought in I’m actually wondering if they can even read at all. In that last video Pixel found it is written in the overlay “under strict NDA”, still the guy publishes it out of pure selfishness and ignorance of the consequences his acts have.
There should be a perma-ban until full release + take down the youtube account for all leakers. Plain simple and said clearly.

Well, now it is time to show strength. They break the NDA and there needs to be a punishment. Ban them at once. Dont let them back in again. Dont start with pls respect the NDA. Time for some actions.

This guy even says in the video that the game is under NDA. He could not even remember the three letters and I don’t think he even knows what it means. Where are the bans with a “list of shame” on the forums ?
It’s stupid but it works.

Useless … we need days to ban a hacker, and he they have multiple keys, so multiple accounts … so it’s just useless without a real protection.

Based on this it seems ANY testers can be told ANY information on this forum? I know a couple of newer players that joined the closed beta that can’t see this forum. If I were to tell them an update would I be breaking the NDA?
