Closed Testing and your NDA

Hey folks,

A quick reminder to you all that the Dirty Bomb Closed Alpha/Beta are under NDA. This means you are not allowed to disclose details about it, screenshots of it or stream it to people outside of the Closed Testing pool. Doing so breaches the agreement you accepted when you redeemed your key.

We may be forced to take action if we find players sharing information about the game that they shouldn’t be.

If you wish to report a breach, please email NDAB@splashdamage.com.

This stage of testing won’t last forever, have patience and you’ll get plenty of chance to talk to people about the game, just not right now at this early stage of development :slight_smile:

I want to see full NDA, that’s the normal way to know what is permitted and what not.

Do we have a NDA? Any developer or someone from SD can help me?

When I redeem the DB product key there was a “Games Evaluation Testing Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement” but unfortunatly I can’t find it anymore :confused:

That is! I remember have seen it but neither I can’t find it again.

What Shifty said too is posted in somewhere, but it’s just a quickly resume of full NDA. (Or should be)

I assume too tha must be some TOS in somewhere :rolleyes:

Lol ppl who upload it only get very little view and most vids sucked. Most are pretty old. Yeh banned for life, no mercy siblings xD lol what is frustrating, even if some ppl upload, most ppl dont even know the game. There will be lots of opportunities in open beta >:) I doubt there are any new videos from current build

I was wrong… There are lots from around October 2013 when the beta launched but not so many recently.
