I dont even think an update is the issue… Has anyone been playing I havent even wanted to open it up and find out.

D3 ROS is getting boring so its time for a new game and I would like to have some major changes to test out.

How about a few little hints or info SD?

How’s the rework for the spread coming? You stated it was a huge change with all the code that had to be written or re-written…

How are some of the bigger bug issues coming a long?

Was and is there a focus on smoothing out the game? Smoothing is a very wide terms for maps, player movement on the maps, player net coding smoothness, graphic smooths ie more fps, animation smoothness for everything and just overall smoothness :slight_smile:

Will we see better objectives?

Better hud and hud notification not taking up the whole screen?

Unless of course if was targeted for last Thursday, add a couple days delay, add a couple of bank holidays and a weekend, suddenly it’s next Thursday and in real terms a week later. :smiley:

Played last night for the first time in a week or 2 and I wanted to stab my eyes out!

I refuse to turn off my SLI and people are glitching and ghosting all over the place… There also seemed to be server lag which compounded the problem…

Use a single card, you have more than enough power for XT with a single GTX 580 and wait until there is support for SLI. It’s a single click in the nvidia control panel. Crying meanwhile will not make support happen any faster :slight_smile:

I play other games and I am not flip flopping my SLI on and off just for just one that doesnt work…

You know nvidia has profiles for each games and you can choose to automatically use SLI or not, depending on which game you run ? I did that when I had an SLI solution, then I sold that junk and went back to single cards.

Games usually don’t work with SLI even when they are just released, you always have to wait for the profiles anyway. Don’t expect a game in development to work with it lol.

Also you consume a lot more energy for a performance boost that goes from .9f to 1.8f times what you get with a single card, and considering the price of two cards you’d better buy a better card and change a bit more often. Moreover, usually you go from 150 fps to 2xx fps, which you cannot perceive as a human anyway lol, so why bother ? Now I have a single card, always series x60 from nVidia and I can play all the games with very smooth performance (more economic, less trouble).

But seriously, have you considered using the profiles ? Because then you can play XT without bothering to enable/disable SLI …

Played at lunch with the profile of the game changed seemed to be a little better with SLI off however the game still sucks in every way…

People were still bouncing, glitching and teleporting all over the place. Darn near impossible to track movements…

Was not a fun hour of playing at lunch… This happened in a EURO server…

Game is more then 50%+ luck right now… Perfect example is I was back-raging someone (Imagine that) and got around 4 hs with Phoenix and the person starts shooting at the wall I was like wtf I got a 5th head shot and the shoots his foot as I am running up stairs to him and magic HS and I die… He was redeye…

He then stood there trying to figure out how to through a smoke can… I was about ready to throw my computer out the window!!!

Aim doesnt feel true… Its not like yep when I squeeze the trigger those are going to be HS’s… Way to many WTF moments…

These moments can not happen in super competitive Rank Game… People need control!

I actually stop playing xt for few month and came back with this update… my feelings are the exact opposite of yours… for the first time since alpha i feel confident when shooting, i know when i aim right i got HS when i expect and dont when i know i am screwing up… i really feel for the first time that i am in control and get kill when i do well and get killed when i dont. all other version before this one felt totally random and luck to me wich was quite annoying and boring. if this is what you are experiencing now, i understand your frustration. also i find players model to be more stable and more easy to aim at. maybe you have a connection issue ?

XT doesn’t “sucks in every way”. There has been a lot of improvements and many more will come. The gameplay feels really better and games are getting fun with the latest updates.

Then I don’t know about your internet, but people are not warping everywhere and I’m playing from my phone’s internet, works nicely. Tracking is possible and the best trackers or aimers here (Fana, Rex, Pulley, etc.) get really a big advantage in-game now. They rock !

Then for your Phoenix story, you should know his weapon is the one that does the less damage in the whole game because it has very low spread. So spread control is ok since you land headshots, just learn to be more generous with bullets :wink:

Finally, control is there. OFC some weapons like the GL have hit registration issues but they have been reported (I know I did ^^). You shoot you hit and it works. The game is not perfect yet, but remember this is still in dev. and many good surprises will come in the future !

I’m a 100% positive this would solve your SLI problems :smiley:
