Try to restart the launcher or reinstall the launcher

Click on the game itself and hit “Download”?

Your key looks it’s part of a Founder’s Pack pack.

If your friend bought the pack and gave you the key without using the site’s gifting system, the pack itself is actually tied to his account. Since migration is based purely on pack ownership, that means his account is the one eligible for migrating to the Closed Beta. Customer Service can potentially help you resolve this if your friend requests the pack to be transferred.

I found I have an alpha and a beta key now (the alpha key didn’t work when entered, but I already have it I guess :)) I got the ‘already own this product’ message as well but going back into the launcher it worked ok (the game also works without loading the launcher via its direct shortcut).

Servers are hosted at amazon, Ireland. Unless they’ll move it to somewhere else I don’t expect it to get better :frowning:

Welcome to Nexon servers…
Generally they have good times and bad times, but mostly bad times.

Other things to be aware of:
The servers are most likely located in California, if you are outside of the US…well…
This is a beta. The servers need stress testing.
The servers are overloaded most likely.
